Spring
- The season begins the last weekend of February.
- The season is approximately 9 - 10 weeks long (dependent upon national & local holidays and events that are observed as well as the availability of coaches & fields to make-up rainouts)
- Practices may begin 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the season.
Players are placed on teams using the following criteria**.
- Registered Players of **Coaches, **Board Members, **Referees & **other volunteers.
- Volunteers MUST complete ALL AYSOU & other REQUIRED ONLINE TRAINNGS which include : Background Screening, Fingerprinting, SafeSport, Safe Haven, Concussion Awareness, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, & Coaching License (online & in-person).
- The order in which player WAITLIST registration is completed.
- SPRING IS WAITLISTED FOR ALL DIVISIONS (except for 4U Playground, 5U Jamboree, & 6U) to ensure there are enough coaches to accommodate WAITLISTED players.
**Players must be registered 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the Spring Season TO BE GUARENTEED PRIORITY for any of the above criteria.
Division Information
Your player's coach will contact you with Practice & Game Times & Location, IF your player has been assigned to a team.
- Players (10U & above) practice 2x / week with a game on the weekend (usually Saturdays).
- Players in (8U) practice 1x / week with a game on the weekend (usually Saturdays).
- Players in (6U) practice immediately before their game on the weekend (usually Saturdays).
- Jamboree (5U) have a session with a Professional Trainer 1x / weekend (usually Saturdays).
- Playground (4U) have a session with a Professional Trainer 1x / weekend (usually Saturdays).
Post Season Tournaments: Usually begin the 11th week, but can vary widely by division.

The costs to Register are now broken down by 'IN REGION' and "AYSO NATIONAL"
- "Region 87 Regular Costs" - Season Fee
- "AYSO National Fee", if not assessed in the Fall will be added in the shopping cart ($25.00)
- "Sports Connect Fee" - $3.50 fee will be added to each new Order / Registration done SEPARATELY
- AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES: REGISTER ALL PLAYERS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE SAME TIME TO INCUR the SPORTS CONNECT Fee ONLY 1TIME!!
