Refund Information

COSTS: "IN REGION" & "AYSO NATIONAL"
The costs to register are broken down in the "Shopping Cart" into "IN REGION" & "AYSO NATIONAL" Fees.
  • The non-refundable $25.00 "AYSO National FEE" will be added to the shopping cart during Checkout.
    • *The "AYSO National Fee" is valid in any region: August 1 - July 31 of the following year.
    **AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES: REGISTER ALL PLAYERS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE SAME TIME TO INCUR THE $2.75 SPORTS CONNECT Service Fee ONLY ONCE!
    •  $2.75 is added by Sports Connect to each new Order / Registration done SEPARATELY.
     
    REFUND POLICY
    Refunds are issued at the conclusion of each season. Refunds will be issued to the Credit Card used to pay the Registration, when possible.
    Otherwise, a Check will be issued in the Primary Account Holder's name & mailed to the address associated with the account.
    Non- Refundable
    • $20 AYSO NATIONAL Fee (AYSO Insurance paid per child per year in effect August 1 - July 31)
    • $2.75 / Order / Transaction Sports Connect Fee
    Full REGION Refunds may be issued:
    • 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the season.
    • For any reason.
    Credit to your account toward future AYSO Registration may be issued:
    • Issued with less than 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the season.
    • Deductions MAY include but are NOT Limited to: a uniform (whether or not it was distributed), Training Costs etc.
    NO Refund / Credit will be issued:
    • After the 1st Saturday of the season.
    • Deductions WILL include but are NOT Limited to: a uniform (whether or not it was distributed), Training Costs etc.
