MY2018 Fall Soccer Program

 

Welcome to another exciting season of soccer in San Juan Capistrano and Dana Point. 

 

We welcome you back if you have played with us before and are thrilled to welcome you if this will be your first time playing with us.  We truly have an outstanding program with trained coaches and referees.

We will  be registering players this year using a two step registration format.  All players will need to be pre-registered in our new Blue Sombrero Registration System and will also have to bring in the registration form (in person) to either of the physical registration events that we will be holding in April and June.

Walk-In Registration Dates: 

 

(ALL REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES WILL NOW BE HANDLED BY BLUE SOMBRERO AND WE WILL GET PAPERWORK SIGNED AT MEET THE COACH DAY (AUGUST 25TH)

 

When you are registering, you will be invited to volunteer to help deliver an exceptional soccer experience

to over 1,000 kids each Fall.  Remember, our program is 100% volunteer run, so we need your help.

If you are having difficulty printing, please make sure your pop-up blockers are disabled.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the link below and click on it

  2. Create an account for yourself (if you do not already have a Blue Sombrero account - If you played in 2017 you already have an account)

  3. Set yourself up first - Completely!

  4. Enter your First Player info under 'Participant Info' (you will set each player up separately) *** IF YOU ARE A VOLUNTEER ONLY - DO NOT COMPLETE THE PARTICIPANT INFO - Go Straight to MY ACCOUNT and CLICK ON the MIDDLE BUTTON (as a volunteer)

  5. Select the FALL 2018 CORE program (and it should default to your player's birth year - but if not, then select the program - all programs cost the same so there is no benefit on cost for any specific program)

  6. BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE E-SIGN and complete the process there...  THIS IS KEY!

  7. Make sure that your player's info appears in the 'Shopping Cart' and then if you have another player to add, you will need to 'ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT' and follow the steps for player 2 through ....

  8. YOU then can pay via credit card on the site (you will see the National Fee added to your cart - and we have reduced our fees to accommodate for it)

  9. IF you are paying by cash/check...  complete the E-SIGN and we will get notified that you have not completed your registration and we will take care of helping you.

  10. Once you are done and paid you will get an email receipt showing the next steps.

If you are a coach or a referee, please complete your volunteer portion of the application for only 1 ROLE.  THE SYSTEM is currently requiring you re-enter all info for each role...  so, only do 1 and we will correct it later.   

 

Key Points to Registration

 

  • You must Register (on-line) through our new 'BLUE SOMBRERO Registration System' 

  • You will be required to complete the forms at Meet the Coach day OR through your coach before your player can play

  • All Birth Certificates will need to be uploaded to the system.

  • Registration Fees are $157.50 through 6/9 and includes the AYSO National Fee of $17.50.

  • Late Registration fee is $177.50 and begins on 6/10 as space permits. (Includes the AYSO National Fee of $17.50)
